  Easiest way I have found Is In Mission R-01. Simply play through until you fight Mistral, she will have 4 dwarf gekkos with her at the start of the battle; they will all run at you in a pack so wait for them to get close to you then enter blade mode, one Horizontal Slash & BOOM! easy achievement.
  
  also if you mess up dont worry the Dwarf Gekkos respawn during the fight ALOT! ;D

  No need to add a video for this achievement. One of the best spots to earn this is during mission R-01 when you are battling the Fenrir mini boss.
  
  After you deal a third of his life bar of damage he will jump away and summon 3 humanoid cyborgs that all charge you at the same time. Parry the first attack and enter blade mode, take aim with a horizontal slash and all three should be pretty much bunched together every single time because of how they spawn.
  
  If this doesn't work just restart checkpoint.

  this achievement is really easy. There a couple of ways to do this actually. You can either have three people at low health and put them in a group or a line so that your blade can reach or you can get three people in a straight line and slide under their feet during ninja run and activate blade mode once your ass is scraping the floor. I managed to do this on one of the VR missions because the enemies have limited space and they always stick together so I recommend that you do that. Hope this has been helpful.
