For those of you that can't find a Predator/Best Guy to shoot down anymore and want to do it the old fashioned way, there is an alternate solution.
Many have probably read that you can play with another person in the online arena and shoot down like 10-12 symbol towers, which is correct. So to be clear, two players can build up to Ultimate rank and then create a online player match in the arena and blow up symbol towers from the opposing cpu teams.
What I stumbled across while getting ready for this is it appears that if the host of the match is a greenhorn, it only takes anywhere from 1-3 symbol towers to get your Predator/Best Guy rank.
You'll know you're on the fast track if any plane you shoot down says "you gained a few glory points" and when you destroy your first symbol tower it says "you gained more glory points than you can imagine".
Once you get your new rank, go back to the single player arena, shoot down one plane, (doesn't have to be a boss), land and exit. You're new bigboss will be ready for you you to challenge and unlock you're reward. |
