  This has to be done in 'Rescue'.
  
  When you see a teammate down. Stand next to them and press ''. That's it.
  
  You can also do this in a private match with 2 of your friends. Only Survivors can use revive, so be sure to use the 'Switch Faction' option in the lobby, to balance the teams as needed.

  Not possible with only two players in private match?
  One eats his own grenade and team member revives?

  When you are facing your opponent in a multiplayer match and you fall down you will have the option to hold for respawn or you can try to wait for a teammate to come near you and press to revive you, you should do this when you see a teammate lying on the floor and the achievement will be unlocked.
