    I did this achievement in 1942.
    I played on easy with 6 lives.
    When I used continue in the beginning of the 2nd level
    I died 6 times on the big plane, that come from the bottom.

    Every suicide gave me 10.000 points, so 60.000 points total
    and the achievement unlocked after Game over.

    Got this playing Avengers when going for other achievements.

    Just set difficulty to easy and start playing, should be a piece of cake.

    Getting this on other games should be just as simple.
