Aftermath is an extra segment of Campaign play set during the events of Gears of War 3. Without spoiling what happens, it plays more like previous Gears games, but with Judgment controls. Simply play through all sections as per other story related achievements and this unlocks during the ending movie for this additional (and also awesome) bonus chapter!
