This is without a doubt the longest achievement in the game. To get this achievement you need to knockout a total of 1000 people in your career. By the time you have finished winning all of the tournaments you will only have knocked out on average 300 people. This means to get this achievement you have to knock out another 700 people after you have finished completing the career. The best way to get this is to keep replaying Tunica Event 2. This tournament lasts about half an hour to an hour knocking out on average 20 people per tournament. This means you will have to play 20-35 hours, including loading times, on this one achievement alone after you have completed a good 40 hour career. It may not be fast but its the fastest way. Good luck.

This guide is in addition to BlackDragonX's solution. Make sure you have played all the tournaments and won them so you have enough money and need somewhere in the 600-700 range of knockouts. I also decided to play the $750 Tunica event 2, but I used a turbo controller. The reason for Tunica 2 is because you only have to go through 27 players and because it is no limit.

Turbo the following three buttons in this order: A button, up directional, left directional. This way, you are going all in every hand, either knocking a player out or getting knocked out. Once you are knocked out of the tourney, it will continue until there is a winner. Then it will reload to the main menu, select the same tournament, and repeat the whole process.

I know this may not be faster than the other solution, but it is for those who don't want to play this game to knock out 1000 by themselves. If you are lucky enough, you may be able to get the remaining poker hands you need.

QcK Dagger HeaTNo just turbo the A button and tape the stick up set the turbo to high and you can AFC boost this without being in the room I have it run while at work and get at least 100 take-downs every time. I'm over 600 now and also was lucky enough to get my Straight Flush while away from the T.V. Now just need a Royal Flush
