To unlock the achievement, you must win all four of the events listed under "Invitational Events," which will be made available as you earn ToC points in the Career. I'm not sure exactly how many are needed to unlock the last event, but it is somewhere around halfway through the Career. Additionally, you must win the Heads-Up Tournament listed on the Career Menu.
