Getting all 90 rewards will come with natural play, as long as you're going for the Triple Perfect+ achievements. The only one you need to keep in mind is the Dance category of challenges, since that one requires a lot of work that doesn't come naturally.

Here are all the challenges in the game, as a reference. I've included my tips for each category in said category.

    SCORE
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Total score of 1,000,000!
    Total score of 5,000,000!
    Total score of 7,000,000!
    Total score of 10,000,000!
    Total score of 15,000,000!
    Total score of 25,000,000!
    Total score of 50,000,000!
    Total score of 100,000,000!
    Total score of 150,000,000!
    Total score of 200,000,000!

You will hit this before you even reach half way on the path to Triple Perfect+. Considering you score on average 1,000,000 points per level, and the game has 300 levels (each difficulty version counts as a separate level), you will get this one easily.

    JUMP
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Jump 100 times!
    Get 1 minute of air-time!
    Jump 500 times!
    Get 5 minutes of air-time!
    Jump 1,000 times!
    Get 15 minutes of air-time!
    Jump 5,000 times!
    Get 30 minutes of air-time!
    Jump 10,000 times!
    Get 1 hour of air-time!

You'll complete all of these long before you complete the game and no effort is necessary. Jumping is all you do!

    ATTACK
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Kick 50 obstacles!
    Jump on 50 tramps!
    Slide kick 50 obstacles!
    Kick 100 obstacles!
    Jump on 100 tramps!
    Slide kick 100 obstacles!
    Kick 200 obstacles!
    Jump on 200 tramps!
    Slide kick 200 obstacles!
    Kick 500 obstacles!

Same as the jumping challenges; you'll easily get these long before you're done. If you somehow end up needing to do slide kicks, remember that you can slide on "tall" obstacles too and not just the small ones.

    AVOID
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Jump over 50 obstacles!
    Slide under 50 obstacles!
    Block 50 beats!
    Jump over 100 obstacles!
    Slide under 100 obstacles!
    Block 100 beats!
    Jump over 500 obstacles!
    Slide under 500 obstacles!
    Block 500 beats!
    Jump over 1,000 obstacles!

You'll have all of these complete before you even beat the game on Easy...

    GOLD
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Collect 50 gold!
    Collect 250 gold!
    Collect 500 gold!
    Collect 1,000 gold!
    Collect 2,000 gold!
    Collect 3,000 gold!
    Collect 4,000 gold!
    Collect 5,000 gold!
    Collect 6,000 gold!
    Collect 7,000 gold!

As far as I've seen, this is cumulative and not unique, meaning you could theoretically earn it all by repeating the first level 150 times. As such, you will have zero trouble hitting 7,000 gold before you get those Triple Perfect+ completions.

    EXPLORE
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Find 1 treasure!
    Find 8 treasures!
    Find 12 treasures!
    Find 16 treasures!
    Find 20 treasures!
    Find 24 treasures!
    Find 28 treasures!
    Find 32 treasures!
    Find 36 treasures!
    Find all 40 treasures!

These will also come naturally and the only thing you have to keep in mind is to look for the chest icon on the level select (or when the level starts) and if you see it, make sure to pick all the alternate paths to find the key and chest. Also, of course, you need to beat the Key Vault level to get the key. What I did was beat a world on easy first, ignoring keys, and then when I went back on medium, I would grab all the outfits.

Keep in mind that as long as you grab a chest, you keep it, so you can either quit out or intentionally die and play the non-chest path to get that Perfect+ at the end and save a few minutes.

    DIFFICULTY
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
Finish 10 levels on Quite Easy!
Finish 50 levels on Quite Easy!
Finish 10 levels on Just Right!
Finish 50 levels on Just Right!
Finish 75 levels on Just Right!
Finish 100 levels on Just Right!
Finish 10 levels on Rather Hard!
Finish 50 levels on Rather Hard
Finish 75 levels on Rather Hard
Finish 100 levels on Rather Hard

This is unavoidable if youre going for the Triple Perfect+. If you're not, you'll need to beat both Just Right and Rather Hard to complete these challenges.

    DANCE
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
    Dance for 1 minute!
    Dance 50 times!
    Dance for 15 minutes!
    Dance 100 times!
    Dance for 30 minutes!
    Dance 500 times!
    Dance for 45 minutes!
    Dance 1,000 times!
    Dance for 1 hour!
    Dance 5,000 times!

The troublesome one. Dancing is something you can do to raise your score, and you do it by mashing RT on straightways and plateaus (since it takes a second or two to bust a move, you don't want to do it right before an obstacle and die, obviously). I had my 5,000 and 1 hour of playtime when I was at about the halfway point of the game, meaning I had gotten Perfect+ on every level on every difficulty in 2.5 out of the 5 worlds, so it takes a while.

I would mash RT every time there was an obvious opportunity. There's lots of little platforms scattered throughout the game where you probably could pull off a dance move or two, but I only ever did it on long stretches where I knew I was safe.

    PERFECT
    -----------------------------------------------------------------
Get a perfect in one level!
Get a double perfect in one level!
Get a triple perfect in one level!
Get a perfect+ in one level!
Get a double perfect+ in one level!
Get a triple perfect+ in one level!
Get a perfect in 25 levels!
    Get a perfect+ in 25 levels!
Get a perfect in 100 levels!
    Get a perfect+ in 100 levels!

A Perfect is when you beat a level while grabbing all gold bars and health pickups, and a Perfect+ is when you do all of that and land a bullseye with the cannon at the end. These challenges sadly do not stack, so you will need to beat every level in the game on Easy, Normal and Hard and land the bullseye at the end on every run. The level will be marked with 1-3 exclamation points with a plus sign on it if you've gotten a Perfect+; one more exclamation for each difficulty level. I think it's yellow for easy, blue for normal and purple for hard.

For this category, you will thus need a Perfect+ on all levels regardless of difficulty, but since there's a few achievements for getting all Triple Perfect+, this will come naturally if you're going for that.
