This can be done on any map, but maps like Core and Exploration work the best. Build up your economy and avoid combat, letting the opponent claim the artifact worlds. Try to keep their infrastructure/colonies down as well. As soon as they hit 10 points or slightly above, take the planets. You don't have to win on points, you just have to win after being 10 or more points down.
