Very easy to do. Choos the level Trainstation and use your Soul Catcher. The Soul Catcher is the weapon which shoots Razor Blade like projectiles.
Whenever you see small enemies (cannon fodder) just spam the Soul Catcher on them until the achievement pops.
As a reference you can see how many enemies you have killed on your screen in the middle, the left numeric value represents kills
