During the first mission of Chapter 2, New Beginnings, you will need to complete a mission in Marik's Marina in which you will gain access to boats. After that, you can drive one whenever you like around the swampy area of the Flooded Jungle. In this swampy area, you will find many Drowners and a few Walkers here and there. You must kill 100 enemies by using the speed boost (by holding down the A button) and running them over. If you hit them while the speed boost is active, you will always kill them in one hit, even for Special Infected such as Floaters and Thugs. If a Drowner grabs onto the side of your boat, just boost for about 2 seconds and it will kill them and still count towards the achievement. This is a long process, so you can either try to get this by naturally progressing through the game or by just continuously driving around in the boat, as the zombies do respawn. I did find that if I came back later on, there would be much more zombies, so if you've been driving around for a while and find that the amount of zombies has become sparse, I advise leaving and coming back a bit later and there will probably be way more.

I did run into a problem with this (though my co-op partner somehow did not) where it wasn't counting my speed boost kills towards the achievement. The best solution I came up with was to keep holding A a bit after you kill an enemy to make sure it counts, as I think I may have subconsciously let go of A before hitting them. It still killed them, but it wouldn't count. As well, I had a long stretch of my kills not counting, but when I switched to a different boat, it suddenly counted them again, so you can try that too if you're having issues. You can always check your progress towards the achievement by going to the Achievements area in the Start menu.

Sassy BellatrixYou CAN add this to your solution as I had a different problem entirely. In my game it's sort of glitched a bit. The drowners don't actually jump up and chase the boat( or try to grab it) or anything. They stay laying there so it's hard to tell which ones are alive and will count. I just run them all over and watch for the xp to pop saying I killed one. Only the ones that are alive count toward this. I'm sure I'm not the only one who will have this problem.

Sassy BellatrixWas just reminded that when in co-op games if yours is doing this, it will still do it but if you co-op partners is working right and they are close enough in their own boat it will be very difficult because they will jump up and run to your partners boat and right past yours. So if your problem is the same as mine it's best to do it solo.

HelmarocThat's not anything like the problem I described actually. And I distinctly recall you yelling at me saying this game isn't glitchy.

Helmaroclol, I know. My friend got this a bit before I did and we were both surprised by it. Would have been nice it they spread it out a bit more among the other achievements, or even had more achievements that use up some of the gamerscore.

XxB3asti3xXI just did this solo and noticed when I looked at the counter that when I would hit more than one at the same time I would only get credit for one of them. Still overall a very easy achievement for how much it's worth.

AegicoI found out that when I was at or near full boost speed, the kills didn't count. The only time they counted was during the initial boost period when the screen had the blur effect. This achievement blows.

neeker75Whenever it stopped counting, I'd let a zombie grab the boat. I'd then speed boost away to kill the grabber, and it'd start counting again.
