Every level has four trophies to collect:
1P - Complete the level solo.
MP - Complete the level co-op.
Heart - Complete the level without dying.
Cash - Clean out the level.

Since you have to do each level at least twice, this walkthrough will be written splitting the trophies into two runs: 1P and no deaths, MP and clean out. There's no time limit on any stage.

I've included only one level guide, and that is for Solo Pearls Before Swine. For the most part, a level guide will always be at best a little inaccurate, due to built-in randomness. For multiplayer, the strategy can change immensely by switching out one class.

-Bushes are excellent hiding places for multiple people. Say Player 1 is hiding in the bush and Player 2 has aggressive guards chasing them and hides in the bush. The guards will shoot and kill P2, but leave P1 unharmed. As a bonus, as soon as P2 dies, P1 will start reviving them undetected! This bush trick trivialized a lot of later sections and is possibly the most important tip I can give.
-Set up hiding places! Mole and Lookout synergize well here. Vents, bushes, staircases, or possibly opening up a small room off to the side, away from the map. Find one, plant your Lookout there, then open routes with the Mole. Use these as safe areas and staging grounds for your plans.
-Enemies will not be able to harm you if you're inside a vent or staircase. In multiplayer, only one staircase can be entered at a time!
-If you're being chased and don't think you'll make it back in time, try to die away from typical patrol routes or security systems, even if it means stopping further away from your hiding place.
-If you want to remove a guard permanently, you must use C4.

The only hard and fast rule to a multiplayer team is to have a Mole and avoid the Locksmith unless there are only four classes you can use, in which case he's useful again. General consensus is that the best team is Mole, Lookout, Pickpocket, and Cleaner. However, there's nothing wrong in any combination involving Mole.

If you plan on playing through multiplayer with several controllers as a single player, the best team is, in order of how many controllers needed, Mole, Lookout, Gentleman, Pickpocket, though the last two can be swapped as the need arises. Each one can function well on their own and doesn't require active co-op players to enhance their abilities.

The best items to have are a Wrench and C4, followed closely by Medkit, then Smoke Bomb and EMP.

The best character to use is the Gentleman for his constant disguise. Occasionally, the Mole is more useful, like in the Palace. It's far more beneficial to do this after completing the main story in multiplayer and got a feel for the different levels.

The best items as a Gentleman are C4, Wrench, Smoke Bomb, EMP. For a Mole, the Wrench is more important. The C4 is largely to give the Gentleman a few opportunities to be a Mole, limited to the most advantageous spots to destroy.

I would consider this the hardest level in the game, largely due to the low amount of gold to pick up, thereby limiting your item uses. In multiplayer, I breezed through it with a team of Mole, Lookout, Hacker, and Cleaner. Solo, it's very tricky, but there's a pretty good route to be found.

I've uploaded my run and added annotated notes to help explain. It's not perfect, there's three major mistakes, but that's why I chose this one - even if your run isn't flawless, there's still some wiggle room.
