How to unlock the Nobody's Home achievement

  Load up the "Khan" level, and progress until you reach a long underground tunnel. You will see a ringing phone. Simply don't answer the phone and the achievement should unlock. Check out the video below for a more detailed description.

  Nobody's Home
  Ignore the Phone Call in the Anomaly.
  
  As you progress further into the game, you will meet up with Khan again in the level "Khan". While exploring one of the tunnels looking for your objective, you will enter a watery filled subway. You should see a phone in the distance, when it starts to ring, ignore Khan and walk past it. Doing so will unlock this.
