How to unlock the Bloodlust achievement

  Some tips - this achievement somehow took longer than expected.
  - the hardest are the 4 carts with 2 men each - kill both in every cart. And yes, they must be shot (letting them crush doesn't count).
  - if you think that you have missed one of the carts (usually the driver), reload checkpoint - should put you right before the carts (part 1 and 2 respectfully).
  - if stuck with a silenced smg - fire about 5 cm in front of the target! Bullets travel slower, so adjust for speed and distance (hence the 5 cm).
  - achievement pops just as you shoot the last heavy on board. If you followed my tips and no achievement, finish the stage, reload chapter. Use military rounds for carts - so that you can kill first 2 carts with 1 clip.

  PERFECT!! This was driving me CRAZY. Lead the soldiers and they go right down. It works even with an unsilenced Kalash. I was using MGBs, snipers, everything. Leading them with a Kalash loaded with the MGBs worked the first time. In fact, when I got to the train, I had to keep checking if they were really down because it happened so fast. Thanks!!

  When I tried to do this I was stuck with some awful guns at the beginning of the level. As a last resort I used chapter select and went back to Quarantine to pick up some decent weapons and then ran through Khan level to get to the Chase again.

  Thanks for the tips.I used a Kalash with scope and MG ammo for guys in the carts and the guy on the turret on the back of the train in front of you .The Valve with red dot for guys on train to the left.Then on the train where I can move I went back to the Kalash.

  During the chase you will need to kill all the Reds on the train and rail cars. At first you will need to kill the enemies on the small rail cars which appear to your right, then you will have to board the train. Don't forget the heavy on the back of the train, and the few Reds shooting at you before board. If you kill all these enemies before you board the train, all that's left is the group of enemies that are ahead of you.

  I'm thinking about doing a live steam of what I did for shadow ranger to see if I do anything different. I remember all the choices I made, so hopefully it will be easy to replicate.
  
  I need some time to set this up though as I'm currently having issues with my computer which I'm trying to resolve so that I can do the stream.

  You definitely can get through this level without killing anyone. I did it, although I must have killed someone else somewhere. On Easy, with enough medkits, the train is survivable. Just keep your head down. So I don't know how it worked for you (did you reload the chapter?), but it's definitely erroneous to say that you must kill anyone in this level.

  I was gonna say, lol, I'm just gonna try this achievement, soon as it pops, restart the level and not kill anyone just to be safe

  Chapter 20 - The Chase
  I highly recommend picking up the Valve in the previous level - 19 Khan - its located at the end of the level on a table before getting on the cart to finish the level.
  
  The upside to using the Valve is that it will be a 1 shot kill and you will not have to lead the targets very far. I found myself burning through ammo and reloading a lot trying to pick off the guys on carts with automatic weapons.
  
  If you take to long Khan will blow up the carts and you will have to restart. This is easy once you get the two groups of carts taken down.
  
  I added a video to show the Valve location and using it through the level.
