  I think the easiest and fasted Way is in Chapter 23 "The Crossing".
  
  Load this Chapter and go forward to the Billboard / Bus Point (its not missable). Go upstairs and then right to the Bridgepillar. Take the Helsing and follow the Compass.
  
  You enter a Building and go upstairs to the Bridge. In the Top Room before you leave the Building you can watch outside and you see a Demon on a Fench.
  
  When you go outside he fly instantly away, stay inside the Building and you have ca 10sec for a One Shoot Kill with the Helsing before he fly away. Easy going :)

  What the Hell!? The game is preventing me from firing my Helsing after entering the building! I can still fire my other 2 guns, but my Helsing, with 28 bolts, will not fire at all. Is this part of an update or some shit!?

  Hey guys here is a quick guide for how to get the Van Helsing Achievement. This way doesn't require you to buy the Helsing pneumatic rifle at all and all takes place throughout the Dead City chapter. If you realise that you dont have much ammunition for the Helsing gun when you collect it in the Dead City chapter fear not, because in this guide I only actually use one bullet/ bolt. As long as you have at least one bullet for the Helsing gun you can get this achievement following this guide. Good luck!

  Load up "The Dead City" level, and when you reach the playground flashback, drop down into the hole, turn right and walk all the way to the end of the tunnel. You will find the Helsing on top of a barrel. Then, simply hang on to it until you climb the ladder and encounter the flying demon. Check out the video below for a more detailed guide.

  On Xbox, hold the left bumper and select i using the d-pad. I think it's right on the d-pad but I'm not sure.

  huge thumbs up!!! Had no idea how to pump up the gun. Took me three shots with just the helsing fully upgraded and pumped to max pressure.

  You can buy the Helsing in the Quarantine market before heading off with Khan and hold onto it until the Dark City level. Towards the end, on top of a building, a demon will land and, if attacked, begin circling the roof you're standing on. The best option is to shoot the demon with other weapons to weaken it, then pump up the Helsing to finish the job. Do note that this will affect your ending, so you might want to reload afterward or return to the chapter later to complete this Achievement. A video can be found below:
