NOTE: For this achievement, you do not have to unlock all the stars, so I will not go into detail on how to do so. I will simply give instructions and tips, on how to obtain this achievement which just requires to finish all Arcade Missions. If you wish to get all stars, please go over to this solution as they go more into detail on each mission.

Call of Juarez: GunslingerLegend Among LegendsThe Legend Among Legends achievement in Call of Juarez: Gunslinger worth 135 pointsGet all Arcade Mode stars.

First decide which class you want to run with and stick with it. It's okay to change classes and it won't screw up the achievement, but the more you use a class the more it gets upgraded making it easier to use. The class choice is completely up to you and if you wish to use all classes, go right ahead. I stuck with 1 class (the shotgun class) and had it pretty much fully upgraded near the end. The shotgun class may not be the best choice for some though, so stick with what you prefer.

Always, try to keep your combo going. I'm unsure if you can achieve no stars on a mission and I'm also unsure if this results in the next mission not unlocking. Every mission I completed, I had at least 1 star and the next mission unlocked for me. I had horrible scores too, so I'm pretty sure just completing the level gives you 1 star. Anyways, keep your combo going and always be using your Concentration whenever you can.

Don't be afraid to lose your combo if you're afraid of dying. Always take cover and pick the enemies off one by one if you feel that's the safest way. It does get pretty crazy near the end, nothing too difficult, but you can find yourself in some tight situations if you do not use cover to your advantage.

I will do a quick run through each mission telling you a few things to look out for, and hopefully help you with.

    Mission 1) Lincoln County
This is a pretty short level and all the enemies are bunched up close together. I used this level to get my 3 star achievement in 1 mission. By the time I got 3 stars, I had my character almost all the way leveled up and had completed the level more than 10 times. Nothing too difficult with this one. Like any other map, if you find it difficult or you keep dying, figure out from what and take your time. It's all about patience.

    Mission 2) Stinking Springs
This is another really simple mission and you shouldn't have too much trouble with it. If anything, it's one of the easier ones.

    Mission 3) Gold Rush
This mission is longer and I did die a few times. Be careful from enemies who throw dynamite at you and the ones who are hiding behind containers that you might not see as they will surprise you by smacking you in the back and sometimes dealing a lot of damage. You will drop down into this area with a bunch of red barrels. Use your concentration and be very careful not to shoot any of them or you will die instantly. After the barrels you will have to shoot your way out of the cave. Then finish by killing the rest of the enemies carefully on the platforms. Use whatever long range weapons you have and pick them off at a distance if you feel it'd be safer.

    Mission 4) Iron Springs
Cover is very important with this one, and don't use the gatling gun if you are being constantly shot at. Take your time and be prepared as the enemies will spawn on the ground around you and then on the platforms across from you. They do a lot of damage so use cover to your advantage.

    Mission 5) Bull's Head Saloon
Pretty simple. Stay away from the saloon until all enemies outside are killed first. Now keep away from the windows as the enemies inside have very good aim and can do some serious damage. It's hard to see the enemies from outside, but if you quickly enter the saloon and head for the room in the back right, it's good cover, you have a good view of the enemies up top and you can take your time.

    Mission 6) Apache Territory
This is another long mission with several tricky situations. Take your time and be ready. There will be groups of enemies who will charge at you and you must be prepared to deal eliminate the threat as fast as possible, because you don't have time to be killing them while other enemies are shooting you. This is mostly a mix between long range and close range enemies. I found the shotgun to be very useful on the charging enemies then the pistol to be good for the distant ones. At the end, you will have to survive 3 waves with very little cover. Go to your far left and use that ledge for cover. Peek around the corner and get as many kills as you can. Be careful that enemies don't come from above the ledge you're hiding behind as they will do some serious damage. Use concentration as well.

    Mission 7) Grand Valley
Not too hard of a mission and it's pretty straightforward. Remember what I told you and you'll be fine.

    Mission 8) Coffeyville
I really recommend using a shotgun for this one as you may find it useful for the second part of this mission. To start things off, shoot the enemies on the rooftop and to the right. Quickly get on the gatling gun and begin mowing them down. If at any time you see a dynamite marker, quickly stop what you're doing, get off and run to the other side of the rooftop. It will kill you if you don't react. Once the enemies are killed that are in view, finish taking care of the ones on the rooftops and to the right. If you can, kill the dynamite enemy as soon as possible if you can point out which one he is. Once you drop down, get ready to kill a bunch of enemies and hope you survive. Don't forget you have concentration mode in case things get crazy.

    Mission 9) Missouri Swamps
Definitely not the easiest and for some possibly even the hardest. Don't worry though. Unless you're going for 3 stars, then you don't have anything too serious to worry about. Stay in the house you spawn at. Don't go running around in the swamps. Save your Concentration for when your health is low, or the start of a new wave. There's shield enemies and shotgun enemies, along with a whole bunch of regular enemies. Always take care of the Shotgunners first, then Shields second, then regular enemies last. Take your time and be careful and be on the lookout.

    Mission 10) Guadalupe Canyon
Not an easy mission. You are given one cart for cover and the enemies spawn all around you. The best thing I can recommend is position yourself away from as much fire as you possibly can, crouching if necessary. Kill the enemies in view first, then peek out and kill the rest carefully. Use concentration only when your health is low. It does get a little sketchy near the final rounds, but keep at it and you will eventually get it.
