    You'll need to collect at least 10,000 FUSE credits from Echelon matches, before you're able to buy your first team perk. Solo matches will do fine.

    Once you have enough credits, from the menu, select Agent, then 'cn_Y' to customize. 'cn_RB' over to Team Perks and purchase one.
