How to unlock the A Different Class achievement

    The minimum amount of money you will need is 7,000

    Cars can only be upgraded in Grid Online.

    The cheapest car to get this trophy with is your starting car the Tier One - Alfa Romeo Guilietta Quadrifoglio Verde as it will cost 7,000 and you already start with 5,000.

    Whilst in Grid Online head into 'My Vehicles' and select the Alfa, then open 'Upgrades'

    The cheapest set of upgrades you want to buy is:
    Engine - Tuning Stage One & Two
    Drivetrain - Gearbox and Differential
    Handling - Weight Reduction Stage One and Suspension.

    Once you have bought these you will be notified that your car is entered the next tier and upon accepting the achievement will pop.

    DLC CARS DO NOT COUNT FOR THIS AS THEY CANNOT BE UPGRADED

    cn_B to exit World Series Racing, then choose GRID ONLINE.

    Anyway, yes, use money earned getting the Social Butterfly achi and upgrade the Guilietta Quadrifoglio Verde - it is a poor Tier 1 car and it forces the game to loan you the Focus ST as you then have no Tier 1 car laugh.
    However, the Guilietta is even worse in Tier 2 so it's wasted money really. Probably better off doing this achi after upgrading the Dodge Challenger SRT8's top speed (but keeping it in its original tier 2) and going for Harder, Better,
    Faster, Stronger     in that first. Then waste your money upgrading the Guilietta to tier 2.

    To get this achievement you need to install enough upgrades, usually 4, to a vehicle online. Upgrades cannot be installed to DLC cars.
    If you want to get this sooner rather than later, install the upgrades to the first tier car you start with as it is cheaper.

    uv1@grand noble at the first screen press the start button, you are then greeted with two options single player or online, online is multiplayer
