  You can get this achievement in Chapter 3
  
  At the beginning of this chapter you'll be in a dark forest, being attacked by wolves. After you made your way through the forest you'll be at a graveyard. Right in front of you will be a bench and to your right a statue. Go to the statue,
  
  Important: You have to use only the little brother to trigger the falling star and unlock the achievement. Thx @ B A R 4 D for clearing it up completely

  Little brother at bottom of stairs with big brother in the background worked for me.
  Tried big brother several times and got nothing, both together again nothing. But little brother worked first time.

  Just for info, mine only worked for Big Brother. When holding RT the scene wouldn't start. As soon as I used LT instead the cut scene worked and, standing in the right spot this popped. Wasn't in the right spot at first,so I had to move around a bit.

  In the beginning of Chapter 3 you will traverse your way through a dark forest while you have to defend yourself against wolves. You have to swing with Big Brothers torch and keep the Little Brother behind his bigger brother. You need to swing the torch quite close, if you swing it while the wolves are still in shadows it wont have any effect.
  
  After some distance you will reach a graveyard. Big Brother will automatically throw the torch away. Now you are very close to popping the achievement. From the entrance of the graveyard, take an immediate right turn and walk over to the statue of the angel.
  
  It is little bit off but you identify it by that it has some candles under the angle statue. Interact with the Little Brother(hold ), hold the interaction until you see a shooting star fly over the head of the angel.

  Near the start of Chapter 3, directly after coming out of the dark forest and dropping your torch turn right instead of heading down the hill. You'll notice a statue hear which you will need to interact with. Use both brothers to interact with this statue until a shooting star appears behind it, unlocking the achievement.
  
  This achievement can be seen in the video guide at 3:41.
