This is pretty easily done in any match, due to the fact that the sliver deck only has sliver creatures in it and is a pretty powerful deck to use in general, but if you want to get it done quickly and easily, I find that the best place to do it is the Rumble in the Jungle encounter in Alara.

That encounter is entirely based around the fact that the AI is going to cast Thorn-Thrash Viashino pretty deep into the match, on something like round 10 or 15. The sliver deck has Path to Exile, which you can keep on hand for when the Viashino shows up. If you don't get it, the AI will likely be afraid to attack with the Viashino if you've got some slivers out already and it's almost impossible not to have a little army going by that time.

You will probably have 7 slivers out even before the Viashino comes into play, but if you don't, you can easily just keep going until your deck runs out. The AI doesn't have any more creatures in its deck after it plays the Viashino, nor any other spells. You'll end up with an armada of slivers, all over 10/10 and with first strike, double strike and trample. The enemy will have a few 1/1 saprolings.

This method requires no setup beyond unlocking the deck itself, which you do just before you reach Rumble in the Jungle. If you want to absolutely guarantee the achievement, restart until you have Path to Exile in hand and just keep the enemy at bay until Viashino shows up, but you really shouldn't even need to do that.

(This will also get you the Field Marshal achievement, and if you just keep piling on creatures until your deck runs out, you can do a pretty sweet 600 damage towards the 5000 damage achievement. DO NOT cast Thorncaster Sliver if you want to milk some damage; its ability will screw it all up.)
