DISABLE CPU ASSISTS!!!! They help while playing through dynasty normally, but only work 50/50 for achievements, at best. Putting in the time and effort following this general guide will reward you with results.

Start off your recruiting by creating prospects from the same state and city as your school (Eugene, OR for Uni of Oregon, Tuscaloosa AL for Uni of Alabama). You should make around 10-15 and make sure they are 99 overall by editing their stats. Make 1 of each position, you can make more for positions there are multiple roster places for, such as WR and CB. Once you have made them, go into recruiting preseason and add all of them to your board, as well as any 4/5 star prospects that are interested in your school.

From here delegate points as you see fit. If a player has you as a number 1 school by 1000 points, offer a scholarship and leave a few points on him, he's likely safe with you. If your school is <500 below his top choice, try to nab that spot. If he is more than 1,000 points behind, keep him for now, but don't dump a bunch of points on him.

Use custom scheduling to put high ranking opponents on your schedule and make sure to crush them into the ground. Winning games and beating good teams will help spark players interests. By the time your team is ranked in the top 5, and you're a few weeks into the year, you should now which players you want to invest in. At this point if someone is still more than 1,000 points away from having you, drop them and dump your points into closer prospects.

As soon as a player has you as their lead team, offer a scholarship. You have 25 you can offer, out of 35 players on your board. If you remove a player the offer is canceled.

At the end of the season you hopefully are undefeated and have won the championship. You should be able to view the top class. If you didn't get it, it's recommended you keep on playing to next year, seeing as you probably still have achievements to earn and it's easier than starting from scratch.

Winning top class should be guaranteed with 3+ five star players and 10+ of 4 stars. It will still be possible with at least 2, but any less and it will be difficult. Aim for as many as you can. You will not get all your created prospects, so don't worry if they take interest in another school, remove him and move on. Personally I got 3 five stars, 13 four stars, and 3 three stars and had the best class. The next best teams only had 1 five star player. This is not like older games where you need 8 or 10 players.

I think I have covered everything, vote please but if it's a down tell me why and I will work to fix the problem.

This method is very similar to my other solution for Dual Threat Coach. It takes a little bit of upfront setup, but is overall a large time saver because it allows you to avoid micro-managing recruiting from week to week.

Start a new dynasty, pick Alabama. Then, go to "Coach Central" --> "Coach Info" and use cn_RB to add new user coaches for all the other 6-star schools and Georgia (they are a regional recruiting rival). For each of the other now user controlled schools besides Alabama, go to "Team Management" --> "Recruiting Plan" and turn off all the CPU assists.

For Alabama, go to "Pre-Season, 2013", "Set Up Recruiting Board" and choose "Skip to recruiting". Go to "Sparq 100", sort by "Interest Level" and target every recruit with a green bullseye- there will be 25 or so. Finally, go to "Recruiting Strategy" and turn off the CPU assist for the recruiting board (don't want the CPU to be wasting recruiting effort on Kickers, Punters, etc... with low ratings just to fill roster needs).

At this point, make a separate save.

Sim to Conference Championship week. The CPU is going to be busy recruiting for you, all while the other 6-star schools (and Georgia) are off doing nothing. This achievement requires that you use a single team in Dynasty, so... during Conference Championship week, go to "Coach Central" --> "Coach Info" and convert all the dummy user coaches back to CPU controlled. It's too late in the season at this point for them to catch you in recruiting, and as long as you convert the coaches before the off-season, the game thinks you are and always have been running a single team dynasty. You can now continue simming into the off-season.

All this greatly enhances your chances of getting the #1 class at the conclusion of recruiting in the off-season. It worked for me first try, but if you don't have the #1 class after recruiting is complete in the off-season, then load your aforementioned separate save and simply sim again. If you do so, remember to convert all the dummy coaches to CPU-controlled during conference championship week.
