Pretty easy to get most drills gold, but there are about 3 or 4 that are just hell to deal with. Here is a guide to doing every single drill. This is the way I did every single drill. Some of them are really easy to do, so there isn't much I can write on some.

Acceleration Burst:
Very simple drill. Most running backs have enough stamina that you don't even have to worry about the burst, just hold down the button. Make sure to make good use of the improved juking system.

The Option:
I'll break this down into two parts. You will either have a dive read or a pitch read. Also, to be warned, if you make the right read, but still get stopped for negative yards, it counts as an incorrect read.

Dive read: If the dive read defender stands straight up, hand it off. If he starts running toward the running back, keep it with the quarterback. For those that don't run the option much, it may take a few tries to get the hang of reading it. For anyone that plays as Georgia Tech (like me) or runs a lot of read options, it will be easy to get.

Pitch read: This one is a little more difficult to read in my opinion. If the pitch man runs forward slightly and stops, he will go after the QB. Keep running toward him, and pitch before he hits you. If he keeps running rather than standing up, keep it with the QB.

Triple Option:
If you get the hang of the regular option drill, this one shouldn't be that hard. This one combines the dive and pitch.

First read: Same as the dive read from before. If the dive read defender stands straight up, hand it off. If he starts running toward the running back, keep it with the quarterback.

Second read: Same as the pitch read from before. If the pitch man runs forward slightly and stops, he will go after the QB. Keep running toward him, and pitch before he hits you. If he keeps running rather than standing up, keep it with the QB.

Shovel Option:
This one has two pitch reads.

First read: If the first read man (the one closer to the QB) stays still or move towards the center slightly, keep it with the QB for now. If he moves towards the QB or away from the center, shovel pitch it.

Second read: If the second read man (the one farther from the QB) runs towards the QB, pitch it to the pitch man. If he runs towards the pitch man, keep it with the QB again.

Oklahoma Offense:
Really simple drill. Just score a TD. Make good use of the jukes. Also, if you run slightly to one side, then cut back to the other side, a lot of times you will get the linebacker stuck on the linemen and get an easy TD.

Pass Trajectories:
Another easy drill. Just do the type of pass (tap for lob, hold for bullet) to the primary receiver. Only tip I can give is to wait until you can tell the receiver will be open.

Total Control Passing:
Another easy drill. Once again, just do the type of pass they want you to do to the primary receiver. Same as before, wait until you can tell the receiver will be open.

User Catching:
I honestly can't think of a tip to give here. If you are good at catching, it will be easy. If you are bad at catching, just keep trying. You will get it eventually.

Ball Hawk:
In my opinion, this is a top 3 for difficulty, and may be the hardest. It took me about 100 tries to get it, and I still barely got it. If you are good at intercepting, you will probably get this with ease. If you suck at intercepting like me (#SwatItDown), then you are in for a bad time. Only tip I can really give is that sometimes it is better to switch players a 2nd time, as there were times in which I would get switched to a player that wasn't in the best position to intercept the ball.

Oklahoma Defense:
This was a difficult drill until I realized something that made part 2 extremely easy.

Part 1: Part 1 is just a lineman getting off his block and tackling. This one is extremely easy, and the running back will always go to the right.

Part 2: This is the harder part. After 3 reps, you take control of a linebacker. Your lineman also becomes useless. The number one thing to pay attention to is which way the QB turns. Stay back and watch him. If he turns left after taking the snap, the run will be to the left. If he turns right, the run will be to the right. Read that and then run there as fast as you can and destroy the RB.
Note: As Weathersbys pointed out in the comments, you can use defensive assist to help you greatly with this. Hold A when running towards the ball carrier, and the CPU will do the tackling for you. This is helpful if you are a bad tackler like me.

Offensive Hot Routes:
Really simple drill. Just call the hot route and complete the pass. Only tip is to wait for the receiver to get open.

Defensive Hot Routes:
Another simple drill. Just call the hot route and stop the TD. This one may take a few tries, but is relatively simple.

Offensive Hot Routes:
This one was annoying for me, but I figured out how to easily get it. When you have to audible, use this hot route to help. In my case, the defense always used the same play with each type of play I audibled to. This was with Georgia Tech as my favourite team, so I don't know how different teams would affect it.

Run: You are on your own. Just use your jukes.

Deep Pass: Audible one of your wide receivers to a streak, and there should be a brief period at the start of the route where the CB will stop covering him, but the safety isn't there to help yet. Throw a bullet pass right then and you should be able to complete it every time.

Quick Pass: Audible one of your wide receivers to a curl route. Right when he turns, throw a bullet pass to him. He should be wide open on the catch as the defender wouldn't have turned around to cover yet.

Play Action Pass: Audible your tight end to a curl route. He should get wide open. Hit him as he turns around with a bullet pass.

Defensive Audibles:
This was very annoying. Thanks to AvengedAgainst for his idea. I would suggest doing what he suggests. Here is what he suggests.

"I suggest turning down all RB's speed attributes to 0 and turn down all QB's Awareness and Throw Accuracy attributes for the team you selected as your favorite."

Good luck with the drills.
