Big Thanks to BleednOrnge for finding out this can be boosted. However, I found his solution lacking more detail. Mine will be more in depth.
NOTE: It is best to boost this late at night/ early in the morning (1-4 AM EST) but is still possible in the afternoon/evening, it will just take more attempts for you and your partner to match up.

First: Have a friend join your Xbox Live Party. A mic IS A MUST. Otherwise, you guys probably wont be matched up.

Second: Go to the Head to Head Season menu screen where you have the option to "Play next game."

Third: What I did was ask my partner if he was ready, and when he said yep, I counted down: "3,2,1" and both searched for a game when I said 1. Make sure to know what team he/she is, and if you see a different team, back out and repeat the process. If you are doing this late at night, it should only take 2-4 attempts max. When matched, decide who will get the wins. If you are starting a new season, it will take 11 Games:

8 Wins (To get 1st round bye)+ Quarterfinal+ Semifinal+ Championship= 11 Games

NOTE: When one person wins the championship, they will be promoted to Level 2, which will make it harder for you guys to match up. It is still possible, as I matched up with my partner 7 times while on Level 2 and him Level 1. This won't really be a problem if boosting late at night.

And there you go! The hardest achievement in the game will now be yours :)

PLEASE do not downvote just because you are against boosting, because this saves the trouble of buying packs with money to get good teams, and time. Please comment if you have any additional tips/ details about this.
