    This is best done on the first level. Make sure you go for big medal scores - use the magnum and kill as many as you can without getting hit. Activate some skulls too for the Skulls achievement:

    You can also buy score multipliers which make this easy.

    LLboxedOn the first level (A-1) pick the skulls Blind (cant see you health bar) and Famine (dropped weapons have much less ammo). With these two on the level is still a walk in the park.
