I've tried to write this guide as detailed as possible to reduce the risk of mistakes. It is a bit lengthy, and if you'd like you can follow the numeric steps. I would still recommend you read the whole thing, though.

This achievement is very boostable if you and at least one friend has one million chips available. After the public release of this game you no longer receive one million chips for winning the All-Pro Tournament, and instead you only receive 200,000 + 136,000 for winning the takedowns leading to the final tournament (thanks to CrAzEdCaNuCk18 for the numbers). The only ways to build that kind of stack is to either
1) Play legitimately and win them in online ring games or tournaments.
2) Borrow chips from friends.
3) Win the tournament with several dummy accounts and then transfer it all to you.

Before I start rambling on about the boosting methods, I need to stress that you should make all transactions pre-flop, because there's a pot rake that kicks in on the flop. This means that the game will take a percentage of the pot once you reach the flop just like real casinos.

The first method requires two players, but is a little bit of hassle unless you have a lot more than one million chips. Since the player getting the achievement has to leave the table with one million chips in profit, it pretty much leaves the other player without chips. You will then be forced to start playing on a lower buy in table, which will require more time to get the million back. The more chips you have the easier it will be.
This is how it works:

1. Start a ring game on the million table with both players
2. The player giving away their chips makes a modest bet (e.g. 50k), this way the player can make a large bet in step 5 to transfer a million in total without having to go all in
3. Winning player reraises. The amount doesn't matter, go all in for convenience (press Y, Y)
4. Losing player folds, then presses start and selects Rebuy. This will take the total amount of chips back to one million
5. Losing player now makes a large bet. If the first bet was 50k, make this one 960k to push the profit above a million (1,010,000)
6. Winning player reraises
7. Losing player folds
8. Winning player leaves the table and unlocks the achievement

Now the losing player has to get their million back, and obtain a million from the winning player. Depending on the amount of chips the losing player has, you must play on a corresponding buy in table. If the remaining chips are above 5k, but below 10k, start on the 5k table, etc. The method of giving the chips back is the same, losing player bets, winning player reraises, losing player folds then opts to rebuy. As the chip count increases, you can start playing on higher buy in tables to make the process go faster.

You can either wait until you can afford to play on the million buy-in table before the initial losing player gets his million in profit, or you could start doing that on the 250k table or the 500k table. If you chose to go with either the 250k or the 500k, make sure the now winning player leaves the table with either 1,260,000 or 1,510,000 chips respectively. Also, make sure to balance the chip amount back to what they were to begin with. Only douchebags would try to steal chips from a fellow booster!

The second method requires at least 3 players. You could do it with more, but it isn't necessary. Since there are three of you, you can skip the hassle of going through the low buy-in tables altogether, because the amount of chips you trade off becomes halved. I am also fairly certain that you can invite players to the table, but when I boosted the achievement my group didn't try that and created new games instead. Here is how it works:

1. Start a ring game on the million table with all three players
2. Player A bets 505,000 chips, player B calls, player C reraises
3. Player A and player B folds.
4. Player C leaves the table with 1,010,000 chips and unlocks the achievement. Either re-invite or start up a new game (most likely on the 500k table)

To transfer the million to player A then B, do the following for the million table (adjust the bet accordingly on lower buy-in tables):
1. Player C makes a 60k bet, player B folds, player A re-raises
2. Player C folds
3. Player C makes a 950k bet, player B folds, player A re-raises
4. Player C folds
5. Player A leaves the table.

Repeat the process to transfer the chips from player A to player B. Once that's done, player A and B must play a ring game where player B transfers the 505,000 chips from the first bet back to player A. Again, do not commit acts of douchebaggery where you steal other boosters chips!
