As with all table achievements, you'll want to do this in a multiplayer match because of the unlimited amount of balls. Player matches will do fine; 100M target and 100% penalty.

It's best to have a friend to get you started. However, random players occasionally pop into your lobby and there's a good chance they'll leave after a while. Until they leave, it's best to not waste any time making progress yourself, because they might render it all useless!
(I've done all table achievements by waiting for random to leave, didn't take too long normally, say 15-30 minutes to become alone.)

OK, so now you are in a match with unlimited balls by yourself.
As for this particular table... To start the final tournament, you must get 6 "pieces of evidence". The 3 easiest pieces of evidence in my opinion are:
* unexpected hit (just keep hitting the 3 red bumpers at the left top, I suspect it's simply a fixed count)
* meet the informator (activate with top right target next to mission hole, then hit sequence of 3 moving targets on the lower sides)
* mission "escape" (one ball into tanker, then hit bottom sidelanes and spinner a few times
You can stack pieces of evidence of any type towards the 6, say two times each of the 3 pieces I've mentioned.

Of course, sink your ball regularly to zero your score. IIRC the informator gives 40M and some other missions even more, so watch out!

When you collected the 6th piece, the final mode will start instantaneously, signaled by 2 extra balls coming into play. I'm not sure about the exact targets, but it seems you need the 3 higher ramps (flashing) and finish in the mission hole (I've read this elsewhere).

For the first 30sec or so, you have the ball saver on so try to hit the difficult ramps first. After the ball saver has gone, you must take care to keep AT LEAST TWO balls on the table because otherwise the mode will fail! Just as with Speed Demon. This is WRONGLY stated on other achievement guides like here:

Keep shooting and hope for the best, I think it took me at least 20 tourneys to get the achievement to pop. Hit everything flashing and finish in the mission sink hole.
