Not a clue why, but I had massive trouble with this one. Thankfully I worked out a solution.

Firstly go in to settings and over to 'CPU GAMEPLAY CUSTOMISATION' make sprint speed and acceleration 0. Then go to 'USER GAMEPLAY CUSTOMISATION' and make shot error 0. Then put sprint speed, acceleration, and shot speed 100.

Start a game between Barcelona and any bad team.
Get the ball just outside the box (Come to a complete stand still) hold LT and start tapping RB. This will make you do 'Kick-ups'. Whilst doing Kick-ups push forward on the left stick and let go of RB whilst keeping you finger on LT. This should make you kick the ball slightly higher in the air and give you a chance at a volley. Hit B and hope it's a dipping one.

Sorry if that was a bit hard to understand but it's really not hard when you get the hang of it.
