I took a few screenshots for those who prefer them. Below is the location of two drunk men in the middle of the city at La Puerta/Palomino Avenue.

You must be playing as Trevor to be able to deliver people to the Cult.

Once you get there, the man in the grey top will ask you to give him a lift in his Land Rover parked behind you. Get in and instead, take him to the new marker on your map all the way to the top of the map labelled "Altruist Cult". The achievement will unlock after the cutscene.

Get ready to drive up some mountains!

I found another one today, but this one seems to be a little bit more unreliable so don't depend on it always being in the set location. The event has a women getting kidnapped by the Lost gang as they take her into their van. You should approach with caution and kill the gang members before rescuing the women.

I found this same event twice in the same position as shown on my position on the screens below. The first time it was 4:00am but failed the event, the second time I found her at 19:00pm.

Note: When driving the women to either location, some gang members will come and attack you on bikes so be cautious of that and take care of them asap.

Already picked up the drunk guys long ago, so I went to the 2 guys digging the grave for the woman, shot the two guys, then took the women to the Cult, worked perfectly.

Some of the guides here specify which character they used or which set of people you need to go over to.

*EDIT* it appears this achievement is only completable with Trevor (needs confirming), and it can be any of many random encounters you will receive during the game.
During the course of the game you will occasionally see light blue icons on the minimap, usually a person that needs help or something you can take advantage of like an armored car to jack.

Many of these are people who 'need a ride'. Upon stopping for them they will enter for your vehicle and a prompt should appear saying you can now take stray passengers such as these to the Altruist Camp, located up atop a cliff to the north west. You show up, the passenger gets kicked out at gunpoint and you get some cash along with your achievement.

My passenger happened to be a runaway bride. Hope this all helps!

pretty sure its only Trevor, as it seems he is the only one to get the message that you can take people to that cult, also it might only work on those people that are too drunk to drive as both times I've picked up drunks as Trevor its given me the option.

@wolfzero the girl I picked up (the wedding runaway) didn't appear to be intoxicated in anyway. So it appears this achievement can be done with a number of Trevor's different random encounters. (not all)

###EASY METHOD...
When you first take control of Trevor in the game head over to the tattoo parlour in sandy shores (just down from your safehouse) and a blue marker will appear smack bang opposite the tattoo parlour. Head over to it and a drunken couple will ask you for a ride to their hotel, now just jump in car next to them and when they enter a new "A" marker will appear on your map just drive them to it and the achievement will pop!

NOTE: If it doesn`t appear straight away go there after your 1st mission with Cleatus where you have to shoot the satellite dishes/car tyres etc and it will appear...

I`ve added a video for extra help if anyone needs it, it`s only 2 minutes long...

Its wierd coz i picked these to up bit the A symbol was at a motel. Dropped em off. N no achievement. I know it has to be the colt. But they haven't spawned again. And i went back, n no achievement. just past fame n shame. So hopefully there will be plenty more.
