Another method to Unlocking this in Multiplayer is to have your partner not collect cash. It Should be done in a Medium Cash Tournament but if you go for long both players can expect to have this, I got it after 7 rounds. Each Cash Pickup Can be Picked up Twice if its on the ground, and Once if it is Higher up. Each level you should get between $30k and $60k depending on map size. Can be done while going for

There are 2 approaches to unlocking this achievement.

    1. Complete this during the 21 event Battle Royale Tournament

This is how I unlocked it as there are lots of events and by this stage in the game you will have worked out some strategies that work for you and also be familiar with the maps and know where the cash icons are located on most maps.

Be greedy early on and collect as much as possible but still winning or getting a podium and upgrade your weapons to give you an edge and make collecting more cash and points easier.

By waiting until this tournament it lets you focus on winning at least Gold on all of the previous tournaments to unlock this one and could also mean you need fewer tournament play throughs

It's the approach I would recommend.

    2. Replay an early tournament and focus just on collecting money

This in an option if you want to use it, but will mean you are playing for longer than you need to if you are planning on going for the 200G.

By replaying one of the earlier tournaments, ideally one with more events, for example the Champions Tournament (14 events) and focusing on collecting the cash icons, ignoring any attempt to win the events you will be able to collect enough money to fully upgrade you board.

If does take a fair amount of cash to fully upgrade, the last upgrade costs 8000, and with 8 categories that's 64,000 you need to collect for the final upgrade alone.

This could mean it's not possible to unlock this on the first 3 tournaments, but as I did not use this approach I cannot confirm.
