Every team has one Extreme Duel. It is the event number 1-4. I'm actually not sure what the exact requirement for unlocking them are but it might be six completed events or 18 medals for that Team. This achievement is unlocked by completing the Extreme Duel for all four teams. They are not particularly hard and you should be able to complete them after a few retries.
