While using the Lucky 7 powerup will be an immense help in achieving this (it gives you the perfect shape to make a line 7 times in a row), I can imagine that you might be reluctant to either pay for said powerup, or wait until it is made available as "powerup of the week".
If you are in this boat, don't worry, you can do it the old-fashioned way. It might take a few tries, but here's what you do:
As early as you can, stack pieces neatly, but leaving 2 columns clear, as if you are building for tetrises (4 lines at once) but instead of leaving one column clear, leave two. At some point, put a useful piece (I suggest an S, Z or T) into the "hold" slot. When you have almost reached the top of the screen, start putting pieces into the empty space, creating lines one by one. Don't just dump them in, always check that they will create a line each time. If you get an I (or another piece which just won't make a line) swap it for your emergency hold piece.
Obviously, you will likely trigger Frenzy mode at some point and the board will start to cascade before your ten moves are done. This can often leave you in an unplayable position. Unfortunately, there isn't much you can do about that. Using the magnet powerup might reduce the chances that it will result in an unplayable board, so you could try that. As long as each piece you drop makes a line, ten times in a row, this will pop.
Like I say, it might take a few tries. Having got to 8 or 9 a few times, on my 9th or 10th go I finally got it. Good luck!
