Easy way to get this without having to go back to the start of the chapter.

This is obtained on the second to last level "Housewares"

Follow your objectives until you enter a Bistro. Go downstairs, enter 3958 into the keypad so it opens the door to the room that contains the Radar Range, but do not enter..

Now close the vent to your right, which will be your objective, this now saves your profile.

Go back to the room with the keypad and pick up the Radar Range. This will trigger 3 enemies in the room behind you. Simply hold RT until one of the enemies turn red, it will then explode causing a chain reaction, you should get 2/15 toward this achievement right there and then.

Now simply restart checkpoint and re-enter the room with the keypad which should be open, pick up the Radar Range again, rinse and repeat. Should take no more than 5 minutes to get what you need.

As a side note. I didn't have any upgrades on this weapon and I had 10/15 after a playthrough on normal.

With a little luck, you could possibly get 15 by the end of the game, but this solution is there for the people looking to get this achievement with the minimum of fuss.

    The Radar Range is found
    *** Spoiler - click to reveal ***

You must shoot an enemy with the Radar Range until the he/she glows red and explodes. Make sure enemies are fairly close you do this and you may want to upgrade the weapon at a Vending Machine to bulk up the power. Also note these are cumulative.

If like me you didn't get enough in the first playthrough go to burial at sea & load chapter 'Housewares'.

This achievement is easier than it may seem. Try to have to group of splicers follow you around so you can be sure to rack up multiple chain kills in one shot. When you see individual splicers, try to run around to find more and they will follow you, then just hold RT on one and watch the fireworks. The Radar Range has a fairly large blast radius, so as long as you have a group of splicers following you, you should have no problem in chaining them. I also found that the burst can pass through objects, so if a splicer is taking cover they will still be annihilated by the blast.

The code for the door to radar range is 3958, which is found in an audio diary.

Broon43An added note about this, there is an item you can pick up from the Bridal shop, I believe, which is a shirt that will make your enemies have elemental effects happen when shot (burn, freeze, etc.). Equip that shirt and then find groups of enemies and use the Radar Range. I was able to make one explode, which would turn the others to ice and thus explode as well. I had this achievement done well before the final fight in part one because of wearing that shirt with use of the Radar Range.
