While the other two solutions are correct, they lack detail, so I will go more into the specifics.

The information listed in the Gusty Move achievement solution by VegaDark 541 is terrific, and I will post it here for convenience.

Set up a player match with the following specs:

Limit Type: No-Limit
Blinds: $100/$200
Buy - In: $50,000
Camera Mode: Doesn't matter
Players: 2 is best, but if you don't have a boosting partner then you are more likely to get someone to join a game with more slots

You will need a boosting partner

Have the player (Player 1) who is not going for the achievements bet as close as they can to $49,999. Have the other player (Player 2) call. Once the flop hits the table, Player 1 needs to fold when the action comes to them. If the action comes first to Player 2, he/she checks and then Player 1 can fold. Player 2 will now have $99,999 or close to it.

Player 1 should have to go all-in the next hand because they will have less money than the blinds. Ideally, Player 1 will lose this next hand and they can buy back in with $50,000 and then repeat the above process until Player 2 has $1,000,000.

Sometimes, though, it takes a few hands for Player 1 to lose the leftover money - sometimes when I played the Player 1 won multiple hands in a row! If Player 1 earns enough money to cover the blinds, then repeat the basic process as described above, betting as much as you can without going all in, and it will make it easier to eventually bankrupt, and get back on track to buy back in for $50,000 and get Player 2 the achievement.

While you are going for this achievement, you can also earn Chunk of Change (build a bankrook to $100,000), Gusty Move (Place a bet or $50,000 or more) and with any luck, possibly Winning Streak (Win 10 hands in a row during a game session), though there are easier ways to earn that one.

The achievement(s) will pop once you leave the table.

WARNING: If both players don't have this achievement, and you are planning on exchanging $1,000,000 achievements in the same session - the process described above to get Player 2 the $1,000,000 will put Player 1 in extreme debt in their bankroll, almost a $1,000,000 in debt to be exact. Meaning when you switch roles, it will take at least twice as long to get the new Player 2 the $1,000,000, because you have to get him/her out of debt first! We didn't realize that when we played, so just passing this info on to you.

Thanks again to VegaDark541 for the basis of this solution. Hope this solution helps clarify the process a bit. Good luck!
