There is a very easy (albeit unpredictable and time consuming) way to get this achievement.

Every action and prompt on single player that is required to play a complete hand is accomplished by pressing the 'A' button... So you need never press another button... Easy enough

The best thing is that you don't need to continually press the 'A' button... Merely keep it held in... Even now my xbox is running with an elastic band wrapped around the controller, holding that 'A' button tight in place...

All the hands have to come up eventually... don't they?

(p.s. just make sure you play on the $400 table for this achievement so you are not using your own bankroll)

(p.p.s. i've already gotten TWO ROYAL FLUSHES using this method... i just need a straight flush, which statistically is much more likely... achievements can be so cruel)

    Good luck poker fans

Additionally: Two more things i just need to say... First of all, thank you for that positive feedback... That's very sweet... Secondly this can be accomplished on the guitar hero and rock band controllers... This makes the elastic bands very stable indeed...

This is to be my final addendum on this guide. Yesterday (June 26th) I obtained the long coveted STRAIGHT FLUSH for my 10G achievement. After only 3600 hands (THAT is a very small number, i know a great many people that have not received a ROYAL FLUSH after 40,000 hands, so i'm lucky i guess).

Please note, that my achievement did not pop up straight away... I had to save my progress and exit back to my dashboard, sign onto xbox live and begin a new single player game, before i was awarded it. Just follow those steps and you should be fine... Once again, thanks for the positive feedback, it's good of you guys to take the time to rate these solutions... Good Luck with the cards.

EffordOver 10,000 hands and still nothing. At least it doesn’t require any effort...

SashamorningI think it took me about 70,000 hands, but I can't remember anymore.

BB rockerJust wanted to add, playing this on an Xbox one if you hold A and disconnect the controller the game will continue to play. Not sure if it is a 'bug' with the emulator or something else.

Hey guys I am sure everyone knows this but I'll post it amyways just in case. It is way quicker and more reliable to do this in two player private for a couple reasons.

You get more hands per hour i think I estimated about 70 an hour which is way quicker than single player.

Plus single player always freezes and your hands don't save but when you boost with another player the game will not freeze. At least it has not for me yet. I just hosted a session on TA, had someone join it and we have been idle boosting every night before bed so it would be beneficial to find someone with the same sleep schedule as yourself.

Well good luck guys I still don't have it....
55k hands and 15 straight flushes
