  At the end of the Atlas Falls mission you will need to remove a dead body from the console, you will then need to keep the bar in the green or yellow, as long as it doesn't touch the red you will get the achievement.

  I did want to add it is actually not necessary to redo the entire mission. I got distracted and missed it the first time. I then saved and quit out. When I resumed the campaign, it put me right at the last checkpoint and gave the achievement when I did it correct the 2nd time.

  Mission 11 - Atlas Falls
  
  Right near the end of the mission and the second time you need to move a body from the control console. You will have to deal with a mini-game, all you need to do is keep the green bars in the green. You do this usuing LS and are told this on screen.
  
  You can go into the yellow a few times, And after your team mate says it is done. The achievement will unlock

  First attempt as in "wihout restarting the checkpoint if you fail. Would you mind trying it again on EASY or something, and run through the level and attempt it again. I would but that would mean having to get to that point on another tag. And no-one else has encountered this issue as yet, I am unsure what else to suggest?

  I can confirm as my first play through was on veteran and failed this when it went into the red, tried to reload checkpoint and no achievement. Right after I finished, breezed through the level on normal and completed it on my first try no problem and the achievement popped.

  If you do mess it up, just save and quit before another checkpoint autosaves then reload the game, I did this on my veteran playthru and it worked.
