This achievement is story related and cannot be missed.
Partway through the Arctic Level (Temple) you will come across Stein via a cutscsene. He is on a platform above with a machine gun, and has some Nazi goons below him.
Stay behind cover and pop out to take out the regular soldiers first. When you have done that, advance on the left side as there is dynamite in a box on the very left. Pick it up and plant it on the wooden platform directly under Stein - you need to plant one on the left and then one on the right (not at the same time).
After the second explosion, cue cutscene and achievement unlocked!! Good luck!!
