This is most easily done on the Mount Vesuvius level. There will be an area with a large stretch of lava, and enemies that you have to pogo jump on to get across (this is similar to the African Mines level). Simply jump on the heads of five bad guys as you are crossing the lava pit and the achievement will pop.
