Cyclone Rush is a team skill for the Zephyr that requires two players to initiate. The skill is randomly acquired while playing and leveling up.
Team Skill executions towards this quest can be gained from either Special events, Quick Match, or Co-op.
Setup a Zephyr with the following buffs on the gear (or as close as you can):
- Helmet: Team Exp Up, Wind Trap+ (or Blizzard+/Lightning Strike+)
- Accessory: Shorten Cooldown Lv2 (Lv3, if you have it, or Lv2+Lv1), Conserve Team Skill AP
- Weapon: Any Enchant+ buff (Fire, Lightning, etc.)
- Armor: Meteor Storm+ (ideal) or Lightning Arrows+
Spawn quickly into Quick Match and at the start of the match, and if no one has a Cheer or Sacred Song for you to jump into, launch your team skill to level up quickly and hopefully acquire Cyclone Rush. Meteor Storm is ideal for this as it nets you a decent amount of XP and doesn't require much time from your teammates. Proceed to just do it whenever you're near some friendly bots and it's recharged until you've done it 50 times. If you don't get the ability, get out and defend your castle or do other players' team skills until you do.
If you have extra Happy Stars or Spawn Stronger passes, you can utilize this system to get the skills you want. If you get to level 5, and don't have Wind Swap (for 'Elusive Phantom'), you can select "Skill Mastery - unlock all 9 skills" from the Spawn Stronger menu and it will swap out the skills you acquired with the skills you are missing. Cyclone Rush will always come up for the Zephyr by level 5 if you configure your character as I've suggested, so if you have all the skills you want you can Spawn Stronger with Shorten Cooldown Lv4 instead to decrease the amount of time it takes to recharge the ability, and ultimately the amount of time required playing Zephyr to get this achievement. You can even get Skill Mastery and then do Shorten Cooldown Lv4 if you have Happy Stars to blow.
