A number of people have messaged me about this achievement, so I decided to post a guide. It's actually very simple, but not clear as to what the requirements are. What this achievement is really asking you to do is to COMPLETE EVERY CHALLENGE. You can see the challenges in the My Zumba section. A little circle will be at the bottom of that screen. I took WAY longer than I needed to complete this game, so I'll try to help you shave some time by showing you the right order.

First off, don't go through every song and try to five star it like you had to do for the other zumba games. This is tautological since you will five star all the songs in the course of completing the challenges. Also, save the "12 hours played" achievement for last, as you will eat up quite a bit of time while completing all the challenges.

ALWAYS HAVE A CHALLENGE ACTIVE...otherwise progress will not be saved towards them, even if you have completed their requirements.

There are a number of different kinds of challenges, and you can choose to accept or refuse a challenge. Don't worry about refusing one, because you will have a chance to do it again later. Here are the challenge types:

a) 5 star every song in location X within a week
-do these challenges first

b) get X number of stars within a week
-do these first as well. Even if you 5 star every song here, it does not count toward the above challenge, because only the current active challenge is tallied toward the specific achievement.

c) do X number of classes within a week
-go to custom class and create a one song class. You will have to do this anyway to get the "create 4 custom setlists" achievement. There is no need to do the 60 min classes for these; instead pick your one song custom classes...they will count.

d) play Zumba Kids X number of days a week
-do these last. Even if you have unlocked the achievements for playing X days a week, that won't count toward the challenge unless it happens to be active at the time, which I don't recommend, since you should be working on the above challenges first.

For example, my last challenge was to play zumba 5 days in a week. It was December 28th when I did this. So I went offline and set my console date to December 24th, day 1, completed a song, let it save. I then changed the date to December 25th, day 2, completed a song, let it save and so on. By Day 5, I was caught up to real time, plugged in my ethernet cable, logged into Live and unlocked the achievement online.

There are some miscellaneous challenges about doing classes with 2 players and/or getting stars with two players. These can be done at anytime.

I don't have the game anymore, so am writing this from memory, but the rest of the challenges, if I missed any, should be straightforward. The key is to always have one active. Once you complete them all, by definition you will also have five starred every song in the game for challenge a), and all the bonus content should unlock.

Good luck, if there are any questions, PM me.

[EDIT 03/02/2014] per MathGuy42, here's the most efficient way he found to quickly accrue Z-points for the Z-point challenges:

Thanks for mentioning Celtic Morning. I would get 15 Z-points per song, versus only 11 for Fur Elise. I don't know if Celtic Morning gives the most points of all songs, but it also has (as you say) the advantage of no arms.

The leg detection is also very forgiving. I found I could just kick with alternating legs, almost always getting 5 stars. I set up a custom class with Celtic Morning x 10, then changed the TV input to watch something while I kicked. So that's about 150 Z-points per 30 minutes.
