This achievement is for finishing up the third Main Quest arc, taken from start to finish in the Wildlands.

I highly recommend leaving this one for last. This is by far the hardest of the main story chapters, and you'll want to leave it for last for two reasons, one of which is a potential spoiler.

If you'd rather not wait, at the very least I recommend going to the Dead Dunes, starting the arc there, and going just far enough to get Curse off the Skeletons. I cannot stress how important this is, make sure you have Curse!

3-1 The Angel of Valhalla
When you get off the train, you will hear a voice referring to the local legend of the Angel of Valhalla, which is quickly determined to be a white chocobo. Exit the train station and head southeast towards Canopus Farm. Talk to Dr. Gyshal and the NPCs around, then head to the southern side of City of Ruins. If you haven't done much up to this point, take care to avoid the behemoth enemy Reaver, as it can mess you up fast. Inside the City of Ruins is a Chocobo Eater. You'll want Thunder and Aero spells, as well as a strong physical attack for when it's staggered.

3-2 Healing an Angel
At Canopus, you'll need to heal the chocobo. Talk to Sarala for Gyshal Greens, Hunter Chief who's riding a chocobo for Chocobull, and Innkeeper for a Fuzzy Sheep Milk. For additional foodstuffs, there's Aryas Farm in the south, a quick round up of sheep will earn another Fuzzy Sheep Milk, and at the entrance to the Jagd woods northwest of Aryas is Hunter Hopeful, who will give you a quest, trading some Vibrant Ooze for a Mythical Meal.

Bring these to the chocobo and you should have more than enough to get him back on his feet so you can ride him. Within Jagd Woods are two more noteworthy chocobo feedings - Cardesia will craft Chocobull for the proper ingredients, but more importantly, there's a woman, Nadia, who gives a quest called Chocobo Cheer to find one Yeul's Flower. There's one in the northern section of Jagd Woods - The Wildlands by a tree, another to the west of Aryas Village down a slope, a northeastern alcove in City of Ruins, and a fourth on the Eremite Plains that requires the glide ability to be unlocked.

Once your chocobo is healed, there will be a cutscene and Hope will tell you to go to Poltae.

3-3 Where Chaos Sleeps
Now that your chocobo can glide, follow the quest marker to the Rocky Crag, then Poltae. Stock up on healing items here, you'll need them. There's a small path onto the roofs, which will stop you as someone explains what to do. Glide to the opposite rooftop, jump onto the nearby one, then continue to glide across until you reach the end. Dismount when you see the ladder and head into the temple.

You are cursed inside this temple and frequently losing health, similar to poison. If you've got Mediguard, this is a great way to keep your health topped off, but if not, you'll have to burn through recovery items. Save often, it's entirely possible to miss a jump and fall all the way to the bottom. Blizzard and Aero spells are necessary, though there will be a forced fight against a Proto Asterflorian in which you want all elements, as well as a forced fight against a Reaver. If you're having trouble with the disappearing platforms, Chronostasis will prevent them from fading.

While the dungeon is fairly straightforward, the most important thing is the chests. You get all of the elemental -aga spells here, such as Firaga, Blizzaga. It is imperative that you get at least three of them. Aeroga is directly on your path, but also the last one you find. After you get Aeroga, save your game, then do not sprint around any corners! When you can see outside and a blue crystal, stop and save your game! The save back at Aeroga is just in case you misjudge, since the boss fight starts a little sooner than you may think. Heal up, then head on to the boss battle.

BOSS BATTLE: CAIUS BALLAD
So. Who wants a cheap way to kill him? No EP used, no healing necessary, no damage after the first few seconds?

Schemata 1: Quiet Guardian, Femme Fatale, Double Cross. Curse, Firaga. Prioritize ATB speed, then defense, then magic damage.
Schematas 2 and 3: Blizzaga on 2, Thundaga on 3. Prioritize magic damage, then elemental.

I've listed Firaga, Blizzaga, and Thundaga as spells needed, but as stated earlier, any three -aga spells will work.

This battle will be decided in the first ten seconds.

1) Guard Caius' opening attacks.
2) Cast Curse, then Firaga.
3) Firaga will throw him into the air. Switch to Schemata 2.
4) When Caius hits the ground, cast Blizzaga.
5) Blizzaga will throw him into the air. Switch to Schemata 3.
6) When Caius hits the ground, cast Thundaga.
7) Thundaga will throw him into the air. Switch to Schemata 1.
8) Cast Curse immediately, then when Caius hits the ground, cast Firaga.
9) Repeat steps 3-8 until victory.

This will keep him juggled for the entire fight.

This will not work without Curse, and Curse will last exactly one cycle of all three spells. It will start to wear off by the third one and may disappear entirely while he's juggled, which is why Curse must be cast immediately.

Switching and waiting for him to hit the ground helps speed up ATB for everything else, but since the first schemata is pulling double duty with Curse, it needs the fastest regeneration.

After the fight, watch through the cutscenes and enjoy your new achievement!
