Indy Gold achievement in Forza Motorsport 5

How to unlock the Indy Gold achievement

This is an easy achievement to get in Free Play. Start Free Play, and set the following options:

Game Options
Max Drivatars : Personal preference (I left it at 7)
Drivatar : New Racer
Laps : 1
Collision Mode : Always Off

Select Car
I rented the Honda #15 Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing Dallara DW12

Track
Indianapolis Motor Speedway - The Brickyard Speedway (this is the Oval and not the road course)

Assists
Personal preference (no XP rewarded because of the rental)

Simply start the race and win it. Once the race has completed, the achievement will pop. Also, as noted by Chakaal Starr in the comments

"You also get this naturally if you do all the events since brickyard is the first race in the modern indycar category"

Same here, no achievement on the road course.

Guide is good. I would just add that Honda is the manufacturer
