You obviously get this by joining a random online game or join a friends game. You have to play until you get to the garage in single player before you can host or join a multiplayer game.
Scroll to "
online" and search for story mode or nightmare mode. It will ask if you want to load your save while you wait. I clicked no and still found a game. The achievement unlocks when you are loading into the game. You can back out right away if you want.
If you have a friend who needs the achievement as well.

Start Dead Rising 3
Load game
Invite friend to party
press the
button
select invite party to the game.
friend should automatically be added to the game.
Repeat steps for yourself, so then you too can be a dick!
