  You can also get this achievement at the eleventh mission called "Atlas Falls". As with every other misc. achievement in this game you can play the mission on the easiest difficulty setting and still get it!
  
  At the very end of this mission (after you got support from your squaddies in the chopper) you will get into a control room. Merrick tells you to move a body away from a console. If you do this you will come to the part where you have to regulate the pressure.
  
  Using the Left Analogstick you have to keep the bar on the console in the green zone in the middle. There will be some static on the console and the bar will move up and down by itself. But it shouldn't be all to hard to keep it in the middle zone. It's also not immediately over if the bar dips below the middle zone or goes above. As long as you're fast on your analogstick you can regulate it and get it back into the zone in the middle. If you mess up you can always just restart the check point.

  This bit is quite important. Please wait for the instruction to appear on screen. Then hold those 3 bars around green colour. If you fail you need to restart mission!! You cannot just reload checkpoint. "...on your first attempt" means it must be done during your mission without failing it (blowing up or going red). Confirmed.

  what a fucking joke, his went into orange while mine barely went past the line and stayed green but he gets it and i dont, fuck this game

  Here's a tip that works in most Cod games. When you are at the last checkpoint, save and quit. Then resume game. If you fail, pause and quit game. You are able to retry without redoing the map from the start.

  Just to add to this I failed a couple times then finally did it but no achievement cause I did it by restarting checkpoint so tried going to save and quit then hit resume game it loaded me in the last checkpoint I had before the control room tried it again and got it on my first try after loading back in from my checkpoint so if you mess up you can save and quit and try again 🙂

  Near the end of the mission you will be in control of pressure valves where you need to use the left stick to move the gauge up or down. There are 3 different areas on the valve, green yellow and red. As long as you dont get in the red you should be fine. It is a very short sequence, prolly takes about 15 seconds

  I wasn't ready on my first try and missed the achievement, most people say you have to restart the mission the get it but I quit to Home and restarted the game on my last checkpoint just before the Console and re-tried and the achievement popped.
