    The very begining is a perfect opportunity for this. You don't have a choice for your first kill but to use your shank to melee kill it.

    You can then pick up his weapon for further use, but just don't right now. You'll be in a dark room with about 5 or 6 more soldiers you can silently melee kill from behind. Walk along the wall, killing them one by one and stay out of the light.

    SmittyLAX35Does this have to be done on a certain difficulty? I killed about 7 guards but the achievement didn't pop.

    JungleWookieeI don't think so, but I myself did it on normal, maybe if you're on the easier setting it could be that. Or, another of their countless glitch in this game...

    At the beginning of Mission 5: Kunlun Mountains, you'll be given a shank and then told to shut off power in a tower. Just draw your shank, and sneak around the the outside of this area, trying to stay out of sight from the enemies. Sneak up to enemies, and press melee to kill them. There are 7 enemies in this first area for you to kill, and you can melee them even if they spot you.

    Additionally, there are more clueless enemies near the end of this level where you can get more shank kills.

    After getting 5 kills with the shank, you'll unlock the achievement/trophy.
