  Hey Guys!
  
  Me and my friend Zucram found out that all the locations of the sharing events are fixt NOT random!
  
  - I found the White Whale 3 times att the same location (580.110)south west of Kingston. One more spawn point for the white wale is (640.900)
  
  - For the Royal Convoys there are one common location they spawn witch is outside of Petite Caverne area (901,285)
  
  - The Social chest can be found regularly at The Great inagua inside your bedroom (845.468) And one more regualr spawn pointy is at Abaco Island right beside the small boat (615,831)
  
  If the events doesn't spawn you just need to wait 1 hour or so and try again!
  
  IMPORTANT!
  
  To share these events with your friends, you need to play the game at the same time online to make the sharing events visible on you map for you and friend.
  
  This Achievement sucks we know but we finally beat the pattern and found all three locations in 1 day of gaming.

  If you have no friends who play Black Flag you can sign in on an alt and keep it signed in on the background, it will track the social activities too

  I found a Chest, 3+ Royal Navy Convoys, and about 5+ White Whales today. However, my in-game Abstergo Challenges tracker shows that I only have 1 shared Social Chest event, all 3 shared Convoys, and 0 White Whales. I even signed in with an alt on another console and played through the tutorial section of the game and the White Whales won't register as shared events.
  
  Any thoughts?
  
  EDIT: it was the online settings! Somehow my "allow community challenges" option had been disabled. Turned that back on and almost immediately got the achievement.

  Struggling alot with even finding one event for this... been searching for the past few hours alongside kiling ships for resources...

  Edit: Thanks to "A Gamer X360" for his comment that provides a info on the "Cannot connect to uPlay error" and additional info about finding the events yourself. I haven't tested this out myself because I haven't received the error but should help some people.

  I found a white whale in the top left corner, so this map doesn't show all possible locations, but I've found that it accurately shows most.

  For Royal convoys try sailing a spot on the map to check, if not there, quick travel to the nearest location and sail back to e same spot. I did this at different locations three times and I got regular convoys to show up. The fourth time I did this, at still another location, I had the royal convoy show up.

  I just noticed (after hours without an event) that theres an ONLINE section in the OPTIONS where you can deactivate social events. It was deactivated in my case (allthough I didn't deactivate them..)
  Maybe this helps someone :)

  Dear god thanks for the reminder. I had already stumbled across 2 chests that didn't count because somewhere along the way these were deactivated. Cheers!

  I spent DAYS trying to unlock this achievement. All I had left was to share a white whale and I'd found more than a dozen of them. I even tried dual-boxing it with a second account, playing that through to Sequence 4 Memory 2 to have access to the full ocean, using an Xbox party to try to force the sharing to work.
  
  But THIS was the answer!
  
  My social challenge settings had somehow gotten turned off. Turned it back on and the very next white whale I found popped the notification and the achievement.
