  When you start up make sure you have it set for 5 minutes, as you can't get the achievement any other way. Also, set the difficulty to ROOKIE.
  
  It doesn't really matter what team you pick, but it does help if you pick a team that has a good returner. Try picking a team that's overall rating is 90 or above. Such as: Chargers, Bears, Patriots, Colts, etc.
  
  If you win the coin toss, pick receive. Obviously run the ball as far up the field as you can. When you pick your first play, pick a field goal. You'll miss it, and then the possession will go to the other team.
  
  When they get ready to hike the ball, run offsides into one of their players. Keep doing this until they get to the 5 yard line or so and let them score. Reason being...at least from the 5 yard line they have a very good chance to kick a field goal if they can't score a touchdown.
  
  So, when they score, you'll be ready to recieve your next kickoff.
  
  Rinse and repeat.
  
  
  Also note...that the clock doesn't start when you keep going offsides after you kick the field goal....so you should have plenty of time to get this. I think I had it at the beginning of the second quarter.
  
  Another thing that may help if you're still having trouble is to go into game settings and set the CPU A.I. stats all the way down to zero.

  If you have to kick the ball for either winning the kick off or scoring by accident I would recommend doing an onside kick. This will give the other team a ton of yardage making it faster. Downside is if the onside kick works you get the ball which is obvious what your trying to avoid

  Damn, should have read comments, had total of 201 yards then simmed rest and no achievement d'oh didn't check individual stats

  Using two pads:
  
  When player two has the ball, run it behind players 2's endzone and you will give up a safety, the resulting kick is a Free Kick and when player 1 catches, the return will count as Kick Return Yards. Do this until 1 player has 200Yds Kick Return.
  
  TIPS:
  As player one, just punt the ball back to player 2 so they can run the ball back over the endzone. As player 2, If on a punt you catch the ball in the endzone, you must run out of the endzone first and back for it to count as a safety and get a Free Kick. If you end up playing the ball use an outside pass and just run back for the safety.
  
  You can try and run for a Kick Return TD, by running in zigzags and gathering up the charging players, run back to your endzone on just one side, then sprint across the field and back up, you'll only have a few players to avoid then. It takes some skill and practice but makes for huge returns and an easy punt back.
  
  Set the time to 1 or 2 mins a Qtr as the clock won't move much inbetween giving a safety and running the ball back. I set the game to 3min Qtr's and did 200 yds for 2 different players in the 1st Qtr.

  Play on rookie with a team with a good return man (like Devon Hester for the Bears). Return a kick. If don't return it all the way for a TD, attempt and miss a field goal, then let the opponent score so that you'll get to return another kickoff. Lather, rinse, and repeat until you get to 200 yards.
