I found that the 10 Minute Solution Rapid Results Fat Burner Cardio Max workout(
http://tinyurl.com/gquokq5) is very easy to 5 star and I'm in terrible shape. You can pretty much stomp around stepping forward and back, they call it "V steps" in the workout, or shuffle your legs back and forth, which they call a "step touch" to always get 5 stars on the drills. You can move your arms around a bit to give yourself a bump to your points as a safety net. If you start to get tired, pause the workout so you can rest up, and get back to it!
