    I got this by playing well in games and giving positive choices in conversation cutscenes whenever I got the chance. Eventually you'll get a cutscene after a game (I won the certain game that it followed) where a player on your team will invite you to go out with the rest of the team. Just answer that you will go out with them, and POP!

    Brian Beer GodUnfortunately it gives you negative numbers toward your coach and the GM along with the local population, but positive numbers for national numbers... At least it did for me.
