Fairly simple, when you're in the game, hit the menu button (or start, as the button in its place was known in prior gens), select "Promise." A menu asking "Do you promise? Say it." will appear. The only option is press A for "I promise." Let the animation play out, you will complete the challenge and it will be placed with your achievements.
