Original solution below

While it's very unlikely to be the perfect approach, particularly 1~30, this should get you to Cooking 100 with minimal time and Gil investment. Get a podcast or two ready all the same; you're going to be here a while.

The crafting path -
1~30 - Crafting Kits
34 - Fire Crystal: San d'Orian Flour, Rock Salt, Distilled Water (Creates: Iron Bread x4)
40 - Water Crystal: Watermelon, Thundermelon (Creates: Melon Juice)
43 - Water Crystal: Rock Salt, Mithran Tomato x3 (Tomato Juice)
50 - Dark Crystal: San d'Orian Grape x4 (Creates: Grape Juice)
55 - Fire Crystal: Selbina Butter, Beaugreens (Creates: Beaugreen Sautee)
61 - Dark Crystal: Selbina Milk, Rock Salt (Creates: Stone Cheese x4)
66 - Fire Crystal: San d'Orian Carrot, Lizard Egg, La Theine Cabbage, Distilled Water (Creates: Colored Egg)
72 - Water Crystal: Derfland Pear x2, Honey, Selbina Milk (Creates: Pear au Lait)
80 - Fire Crystal: San d'Orian Flour, Selbina Butter, Maple Sugar, Saruta Orange x2, Bird Egg (Creates: Orange Kuchen)
86 - Dark Crystal: Maple Sugar, Chestnut x2, Grape Juice (Creates: Marron Glace)
90 - Fire Crystal: Popoto, Olive Oil, White Bread, Bird Egg (Creates: Fried Pototo x6)
95 - Water Crystal: San d'Orian Carrot x3, Verboshroom (Creates: Swirling Broth x4)
95 - Fire Crystal: Olive Oil, San d'Orian Carrot, Black Pepper, Popoto, Rarab Tail, Bay Leaves, Rock Salt, Dragon Meat (Creates: Dragon Steak)
100 - Water Crystal: Tarutaru Rice, Millioncorn, Pine Nuts, Lucerewe Meat (Creates: Fizzy Broth x4)

What you should do:
- Purchase a stack or two (12~24) of Kitron Macaron from the Auction House. Eat one, and remember use a new one when it wears off.

- Start with Crafting Kit 5, use them until you reach level 5 and then switch to Crafting Kit 10. Repeat through to level 30. When you reach level 30, switch to the Iron Bread until you reach level 34, and so on. To save more time you can use a macro with the following (obvious) command line to repeat the last synthesis attempted:

- If your current crafting level is 6 or more below a craft's skill cap (the bold numbers above), stay at the guild and pay to receive "Advanced Synthesis Support" until you're 5 away

- If your current crafting level is 5 or less below a craft's skill cap, move to Adoulin, ensure you have Ionis active, and continue to crafting until you hit the cap. Ionis grants a slight bonus to all skillup chances, including crafting skillups.

That's it! Easy enough.

Notes on ingredients
Everything up to lv90 can be purchased directly from the Culinary Guild or through various Regional Vendors, both of which have unlimited stock and unchanging prices.

Verboshrooms - Can either be Harvested in Sih Gates (not recommended), or farmed from the Ferocious Funguar in Sih Gates or Foreboding Funguar in Cirdas Caverns. All Adoulin zones, so that expansion is required. If you don't have Adoulin, you'll have to rely solely on the Auction House.

Dragon Meat - There's no way to specifically farm these, so use them sparringly. Purchase from the Auction House.

Tarutaru Rice - Limited stock guild item, so camp the Culinary Guild. If you can be on immediately following a server maintenance, 13 stacks (156 items) will be available. Also keep an eye on the Auction House because of unsavory types of players looking to flip stuff for quick money.

Lucerewe Meat - Farmed directly from Bedraggled Lucerewe in Kamihr Drifts, another Adoulin area. They're around level 114 and Kamihr Drifts isn't an initially available area, so you need to have a fair amount of power to work that deep into the Seekers of Adoulin expansion. You could also pay a player to farm in your stead or simply camp the Auction House.
